The Startup City Canvas focuses on a lean approach to ecosystem building, finding actionable tactics and working with other stakeholders to achieve more together.

Serghei Glinca is a deep tech entreprener and Co-Founder & CEO at CrystalsFirst
He is also the founder and head of the Startup Ecosystem Accelerator.
Igor Oliveira is project manager at the european startup initiative and founded a company in Brazil called Semente before. As an early-stage investor, he exited two startups.
